David McClellan (’61) was elected president of IFC for the ’59-’60 school year.  He was the first FIJI to be elected to this position.  The next FIJI IFC president would not be elected for another 40 years.

Rush Week Going Strong

Rush Week for Fall 2010 is going strong.  The Upsilon Kappa Chapter will be located in the Blanding II field across for the Lambda Chi house from Tuesday through Friday this week. Feel free to come out to meet the brothers and have some food.

Brother Manley (’11) is Featured on Horse Industry Show

Brother Travers Manley ('11)  was featured on yesterday's episode of “Keyword: Saratoga” with hosts Seth Merrow and Steve Byk. The show aired on Capital OTB-TV in New York.  Travers discussed his blog, becoming a horse owner/breeder, and his journey to “make it” in this industry.

Travers has started a well read blog in the past couple of months detailing his trials and tribulations of breaking into the horse industry as a new owner.  You can read about Travers' adventures at http://reachingforroses.wordpress.com/
